Wayne joined Pinnacle in March 2019 and was named Vice President of Donor Services in December 2021. In his role, Wayne provides direct oversight to the recovery partner relationships and acquisition of donated tissue, development and execution of strategic objectives related to donation, and ensuring the organization has the ability to meet our surgeon and patient needs.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Wayne spent 18 years between RTI Donor Services and Lions Eye Institute for Transplant and Research. During his tenure with these organizations Wayne oversaw multiple aspects related to the tissue donation industry, including call center, recovery, hospital development, quality, and more.
