Joe Condon joined Pinnacle Transplant Technologies as Chief Operating Officer in November 2023 and brings more than 30 years of executive level medical device experience. Joe leads the company’s manufacturing, logistics, facilities, engineering, and planning teams.
Joe has a long record of successful deployments of Lean principles and strategies focused on dramatically improving plant performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale. Joe’s OEM experience includes progressive senior leadership positions at Stryker, Zimmer, RTI Surgical and he has consulted with several other medical device and orthobiologics companies.
Joe earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and MBA in Operations Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
