Courtney Starcher joined Pinnacle in August 2021 and was named Director of People Operations in December 2021. She brings with her more than 10 years of experience in human resources and people and growth strategies.
Courtney has previously held Human Resource Business Partner roles for Fortune 500, Fortune 100, employee-owned, and non-profit companies in roles such as leading HR for North America and regions within the US. With these various experiences Courtney has a well-round HR Business Partner mindset by partnering through merger, acquisitions, and divestitures, employee engagement initiatives, growth strategies, as well as focusing on people development through process and relationships.
Courtney earned her BS in Family and Consumer Sciences from West Virginia University and a MA in Human Resources Management from The Catholic University of America.
