Casey Hancock

Casey Hancock joined Pinnacle as Chief Financial Officer in July 2019 and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in driving financial and growth strategies. Casey leads the company’s Finance group, Human Resources and Legal.

Casey previously served as Vice President of Finance at ATMI, Inc., a publicly traded global supplier of semiconductor materials used in the manufacture of microelectronics devices. While at ATMI, he led high-value EBITDA improvement activities, optimized global distribution arrangements, developed and led global financial planning processes and was involved in numerous strategic transactions. Casey also spent several years in public accounting with Ernst & Young and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Casey earned a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.
