Nicole Zabek joined Pinnacle Transplant Technologies in November 2024 as Senior Director of Operations and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in biologics manufacturing, tissue processing, engineering, and product development. She leads Pinnacle’s Musculoskeletal and Birth Tissue Operations teams, driving process optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization’s operations infrastructure.
Her background includes Engineering and Operations leadership roles at Aziyo Biologics as well as R&D and product development experience at MiMedx Group and an early-stage 3D bioprinting company. Throughout her career, Nicole has led cross-functional teams, strengthened manufacturing performance, and supported products from concept through commercial launch, building expertise across the full biologics lifecycle. Through her work, she has developed a passion for the tissue processing business and its impact on patient care.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
